U.S Quality Ceramics Manufacturing (USQC)

was founded in 2006 by Tuan Nguyen. With more than 20 years of technical ceramic components manufacturing experience, they apply the latest in manufacturing innovations to meet the demanding technical challenges required by their customers.

We serve the semiconductor, solar, laser, aerospace, military, and medical equipment industries.

USQC fosters a flexible work environment to instill a sense of participation and encourage our staff to grow with our company as our customer base continues to expand.

Our operators are trained to do the in-process inspection at regular intervals, ensuring that dimensional tolerances are maintained, and quality is built into every part.

Nothing leaves our plant without first receiving approval from our quality assurance department. This stand-alone department is staffed by full-time professionals who ensure that we meet your expectations and blueprint specifications. Our inspection equipment is routinely calibrated to reference standards set by the National Bureau of Standards.

USQC is equipped with CNC and manual mills and lathes, as well as cutoff saws, grinders, hand tools, and cleaning machinery to manufacture your parts. We are eager to invest in equipment, as necessary, to meet new requirements. We are equipped with a CMM machine, gauges, and calipers to ensure the quality of the parts we produce.
